Model Kepemimpinan Kolaboratif Berdasarkan 1 Korintus 12:12-31 dalam Organisasi Gereja

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi di era digital menuntut gereja untuk menyesuaikan pola kepemimpinannya. Gereja tidak lagi dapat bergantung pada model kepemimpinan yang terpusat pada satu figur pemimpin (individu), melainkan perlu mengadopsi pola kepemimpinan kolaboratif yang melibatkan seluruh bidang dan antar anggota jemaat. Prinsip kolaborasi ini sejalan dengan gambaran gereja sebagai satu tubuh dengan anggota yang beragam namun saling melengkapi sebagaimana tertulis dalam 1 Korintus 12:12-31. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis model kepemimpinan kolaboratif, yang dapat diterapkan dalam organisasi gereja masa kini. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjuk tiga temuan utama: (1) kolaborasi lintas generasi terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pelayanan; (2) memperkuat kesatuan tubuh Kristus dan inovasi kepemimpinan, terutama melalui pemanfaatan media digital; dan (3) mampu memperluas jangkauan serta relevansi pelayanan gereja di tengah dinamika zaman. Implikasi dari temuan tersebut menegaskan bahwa gereja perlu membangun budaya kerja sama yang kuat, memperkuat kapasitas pemimpin dalam menghadapi perubahan, serta mengembangkan strategi adaptif yang tetap berakar pada prinsip-prinsip teologis yang mendasari kehidupan bergereja.
